Your Skills & Experience

  • Strategic mindset – You understand what drives decision-makers, particularly in the EU policy landscape.
  • Creative communicator – You can translate complex digital policy issues into clear language and compelling visuals.
  • Campaign builder – You’re able to design and implement communication strategies and issue-based campaigns, in collaboration with policy experts.
  • Digital savvy – You’re comfortable managing websites and social media channels to engage stakeholders using digital tools, including AI assistants, in communications work (e.g. drafting, editing, visual content creation, workflows).
  • Content creator – You can develop materials such as graphics, videos, templates, and documents (e.g. using Canva, Mailchimp or similar tools).
  • Event organiser – You can plan and execute events end-to-end: budgeting, audience targeting, logistics, venues, and supplier coordination.
  • Fluent in English – You have excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience – You ideally bring 2–3 years of relevant experience, incl. internships.
