Joint industry statement on the DSA stay-down provisions

On 24 May 2022, DOT Europe, together with six other organisations, shared its concerns on the newly introduced stay-down provision in the Digital Services Act. The statement was sent to Mr Bruno Le Maire for the Council Presidency, Ms Executive Vice-President Vestager and Mr Commissioner Thierry Breton for the European Commission, and to MEP Schaldemose and IMCO Shadows as well as to Rapporteurs of opinion-giving committees for the European Parliament.
